Cooking With Testa’s - Keto Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of finely diced onions

2 cloves of minced garlic

1.5 lbs of ground beef or turkey meat

2 tsps of Italian seasoning

1 1/2 cups of Testa’s marinara sauce

2 cups of cooked spaghetti squash

8 oz of cream cheese

1 cup of ricotta cheese

1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese

1 tsp of garlic powder

2 cups of mozzarella cheese



Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, get a 9” by 13” square pan and grease it with cooking spray. Set aside.

  2. Spray a saute pan with cooking spray and then place it over medium heat.

  3. In the pan, add in the onion and saute it for about 3 minutes or until it’s fragrant. Then, add in the turkey or ground beef to the pan and break it up into smaller pieces. Saute the meat until its brown and then stir in the Testa’s marinara sauce. Set aside.

  4. In a bowl, combine together the garlic powder, parmesan, ricotta, and cream cheese. Add in the rest of the italian seasoning and mix the ingredients together well.

  5. Finally, get your 9” by 13” square pan and spread half of the spaghetti squash into the bottom of the pan. In layers, add the cheese mixture on top followed by the meat mixture and then the spaghetti squash. Repeat the layers until all of the ingredients have been used. Then, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes and then place under the broiler for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
