Cooking With Testa’s - Keto Friendly Stuffed Peppers With Marinara Sauce
Ingredients:
12 mini bell peppers (cut in half and remove the seeds)
1 cup of ricotta cheese
½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
½ tsp of Italian seasoning
1 cup of Testa’s Pasta Sauce (Marinara or your favorite sauce)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, combine together the ricotta, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Place all of the bell peppers into a baking dish, arrange the peppers so that they aren’t on top of each other.
Fill each bell pepper with the cheese mixture and then pour the pasta sauce over the peppers.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes and then let cool before enjoying.
