Hello! Glad you’re here for our first blog post. We are a local small banquet facility in Southington, CT that has a pasta sauce line. In 1976, the Testa family began making and producing pasta sauce by removing all skin and seeds from tomatoes to create a flavorful pasta sauce.

Since 1976, we have expanded and grown our pasta sauce line to be made locally so that we can focus on the healthy alternatives that the pasta sauce has to offer. Today, Testa’s Sauce, is Keto friendly, low in sugar, sodium, and carbs, lectin free, heart healthy, and has a lot of other different benefits.

For the blog, we want to bring our customers and new clients to see the story behind Testa’s and share our favorite recipes, stories, updates, and other behind the scenes content.
